Requirement :

  • Minimum Diploma degree of Secretary/ Communication/ Management
  • Minimum 3-4 year related position as Secretary/ Personal Assistant/ Administration Officer
  • Have an ability of filling and administration management
  • Excellent command in English both oral and written
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill’s


Roles and responsibility :

  • Managing and preparing all administrative purposes in the agenda, followed by director
  • Preparing the entire agenda of activities pursued by the director as outlined in the Calendar of Events
  • Scheduling meetings / regular meetings as well as business travel that followed the Director
  • Pepare the agenda and the whole purpose of meeting required by the Director
  • Manage papers and documents the company in accordance with the applicable procedures, as well as ensuring that every letter / document in an up-to-date
