Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Business Support Team, providing guidance and support in system design, configuration, and optimization.
  • Oversee the implementation of SAP projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Develop and maintain SAP system architecture and documentation.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • Stay current with SAP trends and updates, recommending improvements and upgrades as needed.
  • Provide training and support to users, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in SAP management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules.
  • Experience with SAP integrations and migrations.
  • Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
