Job Description:

  • Execute distribution activities to ensure AVIS (Availability and Visibility).

  • Drive and monitor sales productivity performance.

  • Develop product market share in retail outlets, wholesalers, and sub-distributors.

  • Achieve sell-out targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor/Leader in the FMCG industry.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1).

  • Strong understanding of distributor management, channel development, and area expansion.

  • Solid experience in distribution and managing sales teams.

  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to develop and coach team members (especially sales teams).

  • Target-oriented and accustomed to working under pressure.

  • High level of integrity.

  • Willing to be placed in any area across Indonesia.

  • Initial placement in Makassar.
