Job Description:

Conduct distribution activities to ensure availability and visibility (AVIS) of ABC President Indonesia products in the assigned area.
Drive and monitor the productivity performance of the Sales team.
Develop the market share of ABCPI products in retail outlets, wholesalers, and sub-distributors.
Achieve sell-out targets.

Qualifications:

Maximum 35 years old.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Supervisor/Leader in the FMCG industry.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Strong understanding of distributor management, channel development, and area expansion.
Strong in distribution management and sales team leadership.
Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
Ability to develop and coach the Sales team.
Target-driven and accustomed to working towards goals.
High integrity.
Willing to be placed in any area across Indonesia.
Initial placement in Palangka Raya.
