Responsibility:

  1. Develop channels by identifying and unlocking institutional sales opportunities (schools, offices, horeca, community hubs) to expand our FMCG footprint beyond traditional trade.

  2. Accelerate product penetration through strategic initiatives that introduce our SKUs into new consumption moments across B2B environments.

  3. Craft tailored commercial proposals, offering relevant formats and pricing models such as bulk packaging, subscription plans, or channel-specific bundles.

  4. Lead end-to-end channel execution — from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and repeat order management — to ensure consistent volume growth.

  5. Build and nurture strategic B2B accounts with a deep understanding of client needs, ensuring long-term partnerships and high retention.

  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to ensure speed, agility, and readiness for scale.

  7. Deliver strong sales performance with an FMCG-style hustle — daily tracking, weekly forecasting, and action-oriented reviews.

  8. Stay ahead of the market pulse by monitoring competitor activity, pricing benchmarks, and customer insights to optimize execution and relevance.

Qualification:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Leader in the FMCG industry

  • Strong understanding of distributor management, channel development, route to market B2B or business enterprise and area expansion

  • Target-driven and results-oriented

  • High level of integrity
