Financial Planning Supervisor

Main Job Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Produce timely and accurate financial statements, consists of Annual Budget, Strategic Plan, Monthly Forecast
2. Review monthly actual result versus Budget, Forecast, Last Year and provide commentaries
3. Build intense communication with budget holders to ensure that they are fully aware of their responsibilities and to ensure actual results are in line with budget
4. Send out monthly spending (expenses) versus budget to all Department Heads on monthly basis, including variance analysis, commentary, and remaining budget
5. Support Financial Planning Manager in doing Fixed Assets management (valuation, record, depreciation, physical count, report, analysis)
6. Provide financial support to Commercial and Operation Team Function in term of business project
7. Prepare financial report on ad-hoc basis
8. Keep updated to business, industry and economic updates to enhance quality of financial services provided

Job Specifications:

1. Earn Accounting Degree (S1) from a reputable university; MM/MBA is a plus
2. Have 2-3 years of working experience in Financial Planning / Management Accounting area, preferably in multi-national company
3. Possess good communication, analytical and inter-personal skills
4. Able to do multi-tasking, be a self-starter, pro-active and good team player
5. Own willingness and ability to meet tight deadlines
6. Acquire good command of English both verbal and in writing
7. Able to operate Microsoft Excel and Power Point; VBA or Microsoft Access, will be an advantage
