Food Production Section Head

Responsibilities : 

  • Supervise and coordinate food production operations both internally or across departments to ensure the smooth and efficient production of high-quality food products.

  • Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining compliance with established safety, quality standards, and time

  • Identify and implement opportunities for improving production processes, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate records of production processes, including production volumes, material transactions, SFG (WIP) etc

  • Prepare regular reports for upper management, highlighting production performance, issues, and improvements.

  • Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and regulatory requirement

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of production to ensure efficient, safe, and quality-driven production.

Requirements : 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Food Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in food production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FSSC, GMP) and quality assurance processes.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
